TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Welcome to Big Blooms Giant Flowers! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your rental, purchase, and use of our giant flower products and services. By booking or purchasing with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read carefully.

1. Definitions

  • “Big Blooms,” “we,” “our,” or “us” means Big Blooms Giant Flowers, located in Las Vegas, Nevada.

  • “Client,” “you,” or “your” means the individual or entity renting or purchasing products from Big Blooms.

  • “Rental Period” means the agreed duration for which you rent the flowers, typically 24 hours.

2. Booking and Deposits

  • To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of reservation:

  • 30% for pre-made rental sets

  • 50% for custom order rentals

  • The balance is due in full no later than 30 days before the event date.

  • If payment is not received by the deadline, Big Blooms reserves the right to cancel the booking without refund.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 21 or more days before the event: Big Blooms retains the deposit amount only.

  • Cancellations made within 21 days of the event: Full rental amount (100%) is due and non-refundable.

  • All cancellations must be made in writing.

4. Rental Period and Use

  • Standard rental duration is 24 hours from the scheduled delivery/installation time.

  • Rental period extensions may be available upon request and subject to additional fees.

  • Rentals are for single-event use only.

5. Delivery, Installation, and Setup

  • Big Blooms offers free delivery and installation within the Las Vegas area.

  • All deliveries and installations will be performed exclusively by Big Blooms staff or authorized contractors.

  • Clients are not permitted to move, alter, or dismantle the flower installations during the rental period. Only Big Blooms personnel may handle the flowers to protect against damage and ensure safety.

  • For locations outside the Las Vegas area, delivery and installation fees may apply.

6. Minimum Orders

  • The minimum order value for rentals is $500.

  • Custom rental orders have a minimum order value of $1,000.

7. Damage, Loss, and Liability

  • Clients are responsible for the care and protection of the rented items during the rental period.

  • Big Blooms reserves the right to charge for any lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed items at replacement cost.

  • Damage assessments will be conducted following the event, and the client will be invoiced accordingly. Payment is due within 15 days of invoicing.

  • Big Blooms is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from improper handling or client violation of these Terms.

8. Weather and Outdoor Use

  • Outdoor use of rented flowers is permitted only for items made from EVA material.

  • Flowers made from paper, fabric, or other materials are not allowed outdoors due to vulnerability to weather damage.

  • Clients assume all weather-related risks when using flowers outdoors and agree to cover any damage caused by weather conditions such as rain, wind, or sun exposure.

9. Photo Release

  • By accepting these Terms, clients grant Big Blooms the right to use photos or videos from their events featuring Big Blooms products for marketing and promotional purposes, including on websites and social media.

  • Clients may opt out of this release by providing written notice prior to the event date.

10. Privacy and Data Collection

  • Big Blooms collects personal information for the purposes of booking, delivery, marketing, and communication. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data in compliance with Nevada privacy law.

  • By using our services, you consent to this collection and use.

11. Governing Law

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Big Blooms disclaims all liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the rental or use of our products.

  • Big Blooms' total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the rental or purchase

13. Changes to Terms

  • Big Blooms reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website and effective immediately upon posting.
